摘要
目的:探讨天门冬氨酸鸟氨酸对慢性黄疸型肝炎肝功能指标降低情况及临床效果。方法:将广州市番禺区中医院2011年3月至2013年7月收治的146例慢性肝炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组73例,分别给予天门冬氨酸钾镁对照组和天门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗组进行治疗。比较两组的临床疗效和肝功能指标。结果:两组均有治疗效果,治疗组治疗后血清总胆红素(TBIL)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)较对照组有显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:天门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗慢性黄疸型肝炎的临床疗效显著,在降低肝功能指标上作用显著,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ornithine aspartate to reduce liver function index in patients with chronic icteric hepatitis. METHODS： 146 patients with chronic hepatitis treated in our hospital from Mar. 2011 to July 2013 were randomly assigned to either control group treated with potassium magnesium aspartate or treatment group treated with aspartate ornithine, 73 cases each group. The clinical efficacy and the liver functional index in the two groups were compared. RESULTS： Both groups showed clinical response to treatment. The treatment group showed significantly greater reduction in serum total bilirubin （TBIL）, alkaline phosphatase （ALP）, serum alanine aminotransferase （ALT）,γ-glutamyl transferase （γ-GT） and aspartate aminotransferase （AST） than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION ： Ornithine aspartate therapy shows remarkable efficacy in terms of reduction of liver functional indexes in patients with chronic icteric hepatitis, which is thus worthy of clinical promotion.
