增液承气汤防治儿童气虚型便秘临床疗效观察

Efficacy of Zengye Chengqi Decoction for Infantile Constipation of Qi-deficiency Type

目的:观察增液承气汤加味治疗儿童气虚型便秘的临床疗效,进一步探讨增液承气汤加味的应用价值,为儿童气虚型便秘提供有效的治疗措施。方法:将门诊确诊为儿童气虚型便秘病例60例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组给予常规治疗(口服乳果糖溶液和双歧三联活菌片)。观察组在常规治疗基础上加用增液承气汤加味(玄参、枳实、麦冬、女贞子、生地、白芍、石斛、炒麦芽、炒神曲、炒山楂、火麻仁等)治疗。7 d为1疗程,进而评价两组疗效。结果:观察组和对照组均未发现明显不良反应,治疗总有效率分别为90.0%和73.3%(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上,佐以增液承气汤加味治疗儿童气虚型便秘有较好疗效,未见明显不良反应,为患儿及家长接受,值得临床推广应用。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the curative efficacy and clinical application value of Zengye Chengqi Decoction for treatment of infantile constipation of Qi-deficiency type so as to explore the effective therapeutic measure for treatment of infantile constipation of Qi-deficiency type. METHODS： 60 children confirmed as having constipation of Qi-deficiency type on outpatient basis were randomized to either observation group or control group of 30 cases each. The control group was given conventional therapy （oral lactulose solution and Bifid Lriple Viable ）, whereas the observation group was given conventional therapy plus Zengye Chengqi Decoction （figwort, Fructus aurantii lmmaturus, ophiopogon root, glossy privet fruit, rehmannia dride rhizome, white peony root, Fructus Hordei Germinatus （stir-fried）, Massa Medicata Fermentata, stir fried hawthorn and fructus cannabis etc）. After one-course treatment （7 days）, the curative efficacy in the two groups was evaluated. RESULTS： Neither the observation group nor the control group showed notable adverse drug reactions; the total response rate in the two groups stood at 90. 0% and 73.3% , respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION： The addition of Zengye Chengqi Decoction to the routine therapy resulted in better curative efficacy yet without addition of notable adverse drug reactions, thus its clinical use is acceptable to both parents and patients and worthy of popularization.
