达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果初评

Efficacy of Diane-35 plus Metformin for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

目的:初步分析达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床效果。方法:收治于新疆和田地区人民医院的140例PCOS伴有胰岛素抵抗(IR)不孕患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组70例,单独应用达英-35治疗;观察组70例,应用达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗。治疗3个疗程后观察2组患者促排卵效果。结果:2组患者治疗后,观察组患者黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡素(FSH)、睾酮(T),以及HOMA-IR明显降低。同时治疗后,观察组TC和TG都低于对照组(P<0.05),差异显著。结论:PCOS伴有IR不孕患者应用达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗,可明显改善内分泌失控状态,在此基础上可促进排卵,提高妊娠率。

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the clinical efficacy of Diane-35 plus metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. METHODS： 140 infertility patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome associated with insulin resistance treated in Xinjiang Hetian District People＇s Hospital were randomized to either control group or observation group, of 70 cases each. The control group received Diane-35 therapy alone while the observation group received Daane-35 plus metformin. After treatment of three courses, the ovulation induction in two groups was followed. RESULTS： After treatment, serum testosterone levels in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment; the fasting insulin level and the area under the curve （AUC） of insulin etc in the observation group decreased significantly after treatment. After treatment, the pregnancy rate in the observation group were significantly higher yet the incidence of Ovarian Hyper-stimulation Syndrome （OHSS） was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Diane-35 combined with metformin can significantly improve the loss of control of endocrine system thus promoting ovulation and improve the pregnancy rate in the infertility patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome associated with insulin resistance.
