摘要
目的:分析焦作市第二人民医院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的的特点及一般规律,以提高临床合理用药水平。方法:对该院2012年6月至2014年6月上报的268例ADR进行回顾性分析。结果:上报的268例ADR中,由抗感染类药物导致的ADR所占比例最高,为41.42%;静脉滴注给药引发的ADR占总报告例数的83.58%;ADR表现以皮肤及其附件损害最为常见,占总例数的25.65%。结论:该院应重视ADR的报告和监测工作,规范临床合理用药,以减少或避免ADR的发生,保障患者用药安全。
OBJECTIVE：To analyze the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reaction （ADR） in our hospital to improve the level of clinical rational use of drug. METHODS： 268 ADR cases collected in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： Of the 268 ADR cases, 41.42% were induced by the anti-infective drugs, 83.58% induced by intravenously administered drugs, and 25.65% manifested as damage of skin and appendants. CONCLUSIONS： The hospital should pay attention to the work of ADR reporting and monitoring, standardize clinical use of drugs to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR and ensure patients＇ medication safety.
