非晶态合金NiB催化甲酸肼还原芳香族硝基化合物制备芳胺 被引量:2

Reduction of Aromatic Nitro Compounds to Amines with Formic Acid Hydrazide Catalyzed by NiB Amorphous Alloy

摘要 通过化学还原法制备了Ni B合金催化剂,并将其用于催化甲酸及其盐还原硝基苯制备苯胺。用X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)对Ni B进行了表征,结果表明Ni B为非晶态合金。考察了Ni B催化甲酸、甲酸钠、甲酸铵和甲酸肼还原硝基苯的效果,结果表明甲酸肼的还原效果最好。以Ni B催化甲酸肼还原10种芳香族硝基化合物得到相应的芳胺,收率为35%-66%。 NiB was prepared by the chemical reduction method, which was used in the reduction of aromatic nitro compounds with formic acid hydrazide. The catalyst was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), and the results showed that the catalyst was amorphous. The reducing agents such as formic acid, sodium formate, ammonium formate and formic acid hydrazide were used to reduce nitrobenzene, and the results showed that formic acid hydrazide was the best reducing agents. Ten aromatic nitro compounds were reduced with formic acid hydrazide catalyzed by NiB, and the yields of the corresponding amines could reach 35%-66%.
