改性凹凸棒对柴油的脱色研究 被引量:1

摘要 以凹凸棒石黏土为载体,Fe(NO3)3为活性组分,采用浸渍法制备了油品脱色剂。通过实验确定了脱色剂的最佳制备条件:浸渍4.5h,焙烧温度400℃,焙烧5h,Fe(NO3)3加入量为4%,在此条件下,0#柴油脱色率为98.6%。改性凹凸棒脱色剂不仅对柴油脱色效率高,同时引入凹凸棒吸附柴油中微量的水分、胶质、硫化物等,从而提高了柴油品质。 The oil decoloring agent was prepared by impregnation method with the attapulgite clay as the carrier, Fe(NO3)3 as active component. The best experiment preparation conditions of decoloring agent were as followed: the dip time was 4.5h, calcination temperature was 400℃ for 5h, the Fe(NO3)3 amount was 4%. Under these conditions, the decolorizing rate of the 0^#diesel was 98.6%. The modified attapulgite as decoloring agent did not only elevate the diesel decoloring efficiency, but also introduced the trace mount of water, colloid, sulfide, etc, thus improved the quality of diesel.
