摘要
用超滤膜前处理样品,将含黄腐酸尿素分成两部分,黄腐酸截留在超滤杯中,收集透过超滤膜的尿素和缩二脲的混合溶液。利用缩二脲在硫酸铜、酒石酸钾钠的碱性溶液中生成紫色配合物,用分光光度法在550nm波长处测定其吸光度。
After ultrafiltration pretreatment, the fulvic acid in urea sample was retened in ultrafiltration cup and the mix solution of urea and biuret was collected. In copper sulfate and potassium sodium tartrate alkaline solution, biuret generated purple complexes. Absorbance was determined at 550nm by sepctrophotometry.
