上海市企业专利质押贷款发展现状的实证分析

Empirical Analysis on Development of Enterprise 's Patent-collateralized Loans in Shanghai

专利质押贷款为解决科技型中小企业融资难的问题提供了一条有效途径。在政府的积极参与和相关政策的激励下,上海市企业专利质押贷款多年来保持持续和快速发展。本文基于国家知识产权局公布的2008—2012年专利质押合同登记信息,从专利、出质人和质权人等角度对上海市企业专利质押贷款发展的现状和趋势进行实证分析,总结了上海市企业专利质押贷款的发展特征和经验启示。

Patent-collateralized loans provides a creative settlement to resolve the financing problem faced by the technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. With the intervention and incentive of government ,patent-collateralized loans in Shanghai have developed continuously and rapidly. The study utilizing the information of patent-collateralized loans contract published by the State Intellectual Property Office between 2008 and 2012, analyzed the current situation and trend of patent-collateralized loans in Shanghai according to patent, pledger and pledgee. In the end, the property and inspiration of Shanghai patent-collateralized loans development is concluded.
