摘要
传统中药生产常存在质量控制点控制精度差、能耗大的问题,给人以"粗、大、黑"的印象,本研究通过介绍一个中药提取生产基地建设项目,重点论述传统中药提取工艺与现代技术设备的有机结合,以集成创新提升生产自动化控制水平,在控制生产质量目标、降低质量风险的同时,达到节能增效的目的。
In the manufacture of traditional Chinese medicine the problems of the poor control precision of the quality control points and the high energy consumption leave a negative impression. This article introduces a construction project of a traditional Chinese medicine extraction production base and lays emphasis on the analysis of how to combine traditional Chinese medicine extraction process with modem technological equipment and improve the production automation control level by means of integrated innovation. It is aimed to improve energy efficiency by controlling the production quality targets and lowering the quality risks at the same time.
