摘要
目的:针对市场上出现的"龙血竭""血竭"易混淆的现象,开展探源鉴别研究,为"血竭"和"龙血竭"真伪鉴别及质量控制提供参考依据。方法:开展文献调研,市场分析,对"血竭"及"龙血竭"进行探源研究。结果:进一步明确了"血竭"和"龙血竭"来源、加工、化学成分、药理作用及使用。结论:通过鉴别与分析避免混淆"血竭"及"龙血竭"并分别指导临床合理使用。结合历史沿革的鉴别研究,可以对"血竭"和"龙血竭"进行质量鉴别,并指导临床使用。
Objective： To identify and control the quality of Draconis Sanguis （the resin of Daemonorops draco B1. ） and Dracaenis Resina [ the resin of Dracaena cochinchinensis （ Lour. ） S. C. Chen ] according to the research of the origin of two TCMs. Methods： The TCM markets were analyzed and massive literature were consulted around the two TCMs. The national physician Jin Shiyuan was also interviewed to explore the differences of the two TCMs. Results： The source, processing and use of Draconis Sanguis and Resina Draconis were clearly defined. Conclusion： Combining with the history of identification research would identify the quality of Draconis Sanguis and Resina Draconis and instruct the clinical use.
