NF-κB和TGF-β1在超声乳化术治疗的白内障患者结膜上皮细胞中的表达及其意义 被引量:4

Expressions and Significance of NF-κB and TGF-β1 in the Conjunctival Epithelial Cells of Patients with Phacoemulsification

摘要 目的:探讨NF-κB和TGF-β1在超声乳化术治疗的白内障患者结膜上皮细胞中的表达及其意义。方法:选取我院眼科收治的白内障患者24例,共24眼,且均接受超声乳化白内障摘除术和后房型人工晶状体植入术治疗。在治疗前和治疗后15天、30天,采用免疫组织化学法检测患者结膜上皮细胞中NF-κB和TGF-β1的表达,并进行泪液分泌试验、荧光素染色、泪膜破裂时间和泪河高度测量四项检查。结果:NF-κB和TGF-β1呈现先增强后减弱的趋势,与术前相比,术后15天患者NF-κB和TGF-β1染色程度显著增强,差异具有统计学意义,(P<0.05);与术后15天比较,术后30天NF-κB和TGF-β1染色程度减弱,差异具有统计学意义,(P<0.05);与术前相比,术后15天泪膜破裂时间较术前明显缩短,荧光素染色明显增强;与术前相比,术后30天四项检查结果无差异,P>0.05。结论:超声乳化手术可提高白内障患者结膜上皮细胞中NF-κB和TGF-β1的表达,与术后眼膜的炎症反应有关。 Objective: To investigate the expression of NF-κB and TGF-β1 in phacoemulsification for treatment of conjunctival epithelial cells in cataract patients. Methods: 24 cases of cataract patients were selected, a total of 24 eyes, were treated with phacoemulsificationand posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Detected NF-κB and TGF-β1 expression by immunohistochemistry in conjunctiva epithelial cells, and check Schirmer test, fluorescein staining, tear film break-up time and lacrimal river height measurement.Results: NF-κB and TGF-β1 presents the trend of increased and then decreased, compared with the preoperative, postoperative 15 days in patients with NF-κB and TGF-β1 was significantly increased,(P〈0.05); Compared with operation after 15 days, the expression of NF-κB TGF-β1 staining degree decreased,(P〈0.05); Compared with the preoperative, postoperative 15 day tear break-up time was significantly shorter, fluorescein staining was significantly enhanced,(P〉0.05); Compared with the preoperative, postoperative 30 days four checking results of no significant difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion: Ultrasonic emulsification surgery can improve the patients NF-κB and TGF-β1expression positive rate, associated with postoperative retinal inflammation, affect the stability of the film ACTS.
