摘要
研究了过氧化氢氧化甘油反应工艺,建立了用高效液相色谱分析甘油及反应产物含量的方法。考察了反应物料配比、反应温度、反应时间及酸碱度对产品收率的影响,并对反应条件进行了优化。实验结果表明,甘油与双氧水的摩尔比为2.47∶1;反应温度为80℃;反应时间为3 h;p H值为3时,甘油转化率为85.35%,最终产品的总收率约为7.16%。
The oxidation of glycerol by hydrogen peroxide was investigated to develop high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) methods for the quantitative determination of glycerol and productions. The influence of the proportion of reactant, temperature of reaction, time of reaction and PH on conversion of glycerol to DHA has been investigated for the optimization of DHA synthesis from glycerol. The operating conditions were as follows: temperature of reaction was 80 ℃, time of reaction was 3 h, the proportion of reactant was 2.47 : 1, the value of pH was 3. It showed that the conversion rate of glycerol was 85.35% and the whole yield of the production was 7.16%.
