Design and Implementation of Automatic Monitoring Device on Salt Brine

介绍了一种关于盐田卤水多种参数自动监测的装置,在制盐工业有着重要的应用意义。结合传统的制盐工艺,采用了自动化技术,实现了对卤水浓度、温度、液位以及蒸发量自动监测。该装置用于天津长芦海晶集团塘沽盐厂卤水参数自动化测量系统中,取得了满意的效果。

This paper introduces an automatic monitoring device of variety of parameters on salt brine, which has important applications in salt industry. Combined with traditional techniques, the use of automation technology, realizes the brine concentration, temperature, level and evaporation automatic monitoring. The device is used to the brine parameters automated measurement system in Haijing Group Tanggu Yanchang, and achieved satisfactory results.
