摘要
目的通过经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉导管(PICC)在乳腺癌术后化疗中的应用,探讨如何减少化疗患者静脉炎及并发症发生率和再次静脉穿刺的发生率,从而提高患者日常生活自理能力及生活质量。方法我科自2009年1月至2014年6月对900例乳腺癌术后化疗中患者使用PICC,代替锁骨下静脉穿刺置管注人化疗药物。结论选用PICC在乳腺癌术后化疗中的应用与护理,收到满意的效果。
Objective the application after breast cancer chemotherapy through the peripheral venipuncture central venous catheter（PICC） discusses how to reduce the chemotherapy patients phlebitis and complication rates and again the incidence rate of venous puncture, so as to improve patients with self-care ability of daily life and the quality of life. Methods we choose 900 patients since January 2009 to June 2012 with breast cancer in postoperative chemotherapy patients with PICC use, instead of subclavian vein puncture catheter injected chemotherapy drugs. Conclusion the application and nursing in choosing PICC after breast cancer chemotherapy received satisfactory results.
