放射性^(125)Ⅰ粒子植入治疗中晚期肺癌护理体会

Radioactive ^(125)Ⅰ particle implantation treatment nursing experience in middle-late stage lung cancer

目的总结CT引导下经皮穿刺放射性125I粒子植入治疗肺癌的护理措施。方法回顾性归纳了CT引导下经皮穿刺放射性125I粒子植入治疗58例中晚期肺癌患者的护理过程。结果本组患者术后2个月CT复查肿瘤不同比例缩小,患者咳嗽、喘憋、痰中带血等症状明显减轻。完全缓解34例,部分缓解18例,进展6例。术后并发症:气胸5例,发热(37.5~38.5℃)7例,出血6例(痰中带血4例、穿刺处渗血2例),疼痛8例,粒子移位1例,经积极治疗均好转,无肺栓塞发生。结论 CT引导下经皮穿刺放射性125I粒子内照射治疗肺癌安全、有效、创伤小、并发症少。充分的术前准备,严密的术后护理和并发症防治,是该治疗成功的关键。

Objective to summarize the CT guided percutaneous puncture of radioactive 125 I particle into nursing measures for the treatment of lung cancer.Methods summarized retrospectively the CT guided percutaneous puncture of radioactive 125 I particle implantation of nursing process for the treatment of58 cases of middle-late stage lung cancer patients. Results after two months of this group of patients with CT check tumor different scaling, coughs, asthma suppress, blood in phlegm and other symptoms relieve. Completely relieve the 34 cases, partial in 18 cases, 6 cases. Postoperative complications： pneumothorax in 5 cases, fever（37.5 to 38.5 ℃）, 7 cases, 6 cases of bleeding（4 cases of blood in phlegm, puncture bleeding in 2 cases）, 8 cases of pain, particle migration in 1case, after active treatment are better, no pulmonary embolism occurs. Conclusion CT guided percutaneous puncture of radioactive 125 I particle radiation treatment of lung cancer in safe, effective, small trauma, fewer complications. Sufficient preoperative preparation, close postoperative nursing and prevention of complications, is the key to the success of the treatment.
