校企合作对提高高职院校学生就业率的作用及其途径探析

教育体制的改革以及素质教育的进一步深化,促进了教育行业的发展。高职院校为了实现社会发展的需要,培养出符合社会需求的综合型人才,促进学生的全面发展,不断改变教育的形式,实现校企合作。就现阶段而言,高职院校学生就业形式仍然面临着严峻的挑战,如高跳槽、高失业以及低就业等问题。造成这类问题的主要原因之一就是学生盲目就业。要想改变这种现状,高职院校必须要采取校企合作的模式,让学生在校期间进行产学互动,从而使抽象化的职场变得具体化和形象化,让学生能够对自身的人生发展目标有合理地规划,提高学生的就业率。本文就针对校企合作对提高高职院校学生的就业率的作用以及途径进行深入分析和探讨。

The reform of the education system and the further deepening of the quality education have promoted the development of the education industry. In order to realize the needs of social development; higher vocational col- leges should develop the comprehensive talents that meet the needs of the society, promote the students＂ comprehensive development, change the form of education and make the cooperation between enterprises and enterprises. At the pre- sent stage, the vocational colleges students＂ employment form is still facing severe challenges, such as high job .wish, high unemployment and low employment and so on. One of the main reasons causing this problem is the aimless em- ployment of students. To change this situation, higher vocational colleges must take the measure of industry and college interaction, so that the abstraction of the workplace becomes concretely and vividly. This paper analyzes and discusses the effect of enterprise cooperation in order to improve the employment rate of students in higher vocational colleges.
