摘要
培养应用型本科高校"双师型"法学教师对提高法学教育的应用能力,加强法学教育与就业关联的程度有十分重要的意义。一种方法是从律师做起,后从事教师职业,另一种是先从教师做起,兼职律师职业,这两种方法都有优势,但也存在一定的问题。律师事务所和高校应给予一定的机制培养人才,鼓励教师兼职律师多参与实践,为愿意从事教学的律师提供工作机会,为培养"双师型"人才提供有利条件。
Cultivating applied undergraduate colleges and universities“double type”teachers to improve the application ability of legal education of law,strengthen the degree of association between education and employment law,has the very vital significance.After a way from the lawyer,is engaged in the professional teachers,another kind is to start from the teachers,part-time lawyer profession,both methods have advantages,but there are also some problems.Law firms and universities should offer certain mechanism to cultivate talents,encourage teachers part-time lawyers to participate in practice,to provide job opportunities for lawyers willing to engage in teaching,to cultivate the““double division type”talented person to provide favorable conditions.
