摘要
高校图书馆青年馆员职业倦怠主要表现在全局观念的缺乏及工作性质的单调,产生职业倦怠的原因主要有职业的局限性、工作压力大和心理因素等。通过分析高校图书馆青年馆员职业倦怠的表现和原因,提出了提高领导的重视程度、提高思想素质及合理规划职业生涯等干预机制。
The young librarians' job burnout in university library is mainly manifested in the lack of global concept and the nature of the work of the monotonous,the limitation of the causes of job burnout are mainly professional,work stress and psychological factors, etc.Through the analysis of the performance of the young librarians' job burnout in university library and the reason,proposed the idea to improve the importance of leadership,improve the quality and the reasonable planning career intervention mechanism.
