高校辅导员胜任力研究——基于社会主义核心价值体系的视角

Study on Competency of College Counselors——Based on Perspective of Socialist Core Value System

针对社会主义核心价值观体系下高校辅导员队伍建设中,需要讨论和明确的工作定位问题,在结合高校辅导员工作职能的基础上,明确了高校辅导的胜任特征,并据此分析出高校辅导员胜任力的相关要素,构建了高校辅导员的胜任力模型。模型总括为四个维度和11个因子,依此为架构通过两次抽样调查来最终确定高校辅导员胜任力评测工具,并且通过相关手段对其信度和效度进行了核定。

Considering college counselor team building under socialist core value system, tbas paper first need to discuss and confirm the problems of working positioning. Based on combining working function of college counselors, competency feature of college counselors are specified. Thus, the factors about competency of college counselors are analyzed, and competency model of college counselors is constructed. The model generalizes as four dimensions and eleven factors. Finally, assessment tools of competency of college counselors are confirmed by two sampling surveys. The credibility and validity of the model are verified according to some methods.
