摘要
为了完善现有热工低热电势转换开关在检测功能上的不足,依据热工检定领域国家规程和校准规范设计出了新型转换开关装置,采用两个直流步进电机驱动精密热工开关旋转动作,使转换开关可远程控制,且可实现传感器极性反转、热电偶同名极及热电阻三线制测量。经验证,装置动作准确可靠,满足国家相关规范对装置技术要求。
In order to improve the existing thermal low thermal potential switch on detection function, designed a new switch device , according to national regulations and thermal verification field calibration specification. The switch can be remotely controlled, driven by two dc stepper motor spins precision thermal switch and which can realize polarity reversal, thermocouple sensor like poles and three-wire system thermal resistance measurement. Verified, accurate and reliable device meet the relevant national standards for technical requirements.
