不同麻醉方法用于老年人髋关节手术的临床对比观察

Clinical Comparative Study of Different Methods of Anesthesia for Senile Hip Jointoperation

目的比较分析老年髋关节手术采取不同麻醉治疗的临床效果,提供临床治疗的参考资料。方法 2012至2014年我院共接收了100例老年髋关节手术患者,使用不同的麻醉方式,对照组50例使用蛛网膜下腔阻滞联合硬膜外麻醉,研究组50例使用腰丛复合浅全身麻醉,比较分析对照组和研究组患者的麻醉效果。结果对照组和研究组患者在麻醉前后5分钟和15分钟的心律、动脉压对比不存在差异性,P>0.05,此次研究并没有出现严重并发症病例。结论老年髋关节手术的麻醉可以选择蛛网膜下腔阻滞联合硬膜外麻醉和腰丛复合浅全身麻醉,后者更是该类手术的首要选择。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of senile hip joint operation to takedifferent anesthetic treatment, and provide clinical treatment of reference. Methods From 2012 to 2014 in our hospital received a total of 100 cases of elderly patients withhip joint operation, the use of different anesthesia methods, 50 cases in the control group using subaraehnoid anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia, 513 patients in the research group used lumbar plexus combined with superficial anesthesia, a comparative analysis of the study group and the control group of patients withanesthesia. Results The study group and the control group of patients before and after anesthesia for 5 minutes and 15 minutes of cardiac and arterial pressure comparisondoes not have the difference, P〉0.05, this research does not appear seriouscomplications. Conclusion Anesthesia in elderly hip joint surgery can selectsubarachnoid anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia and lumbar plexuscombined with superficial anesthesia, the latter is the first choice of the type of surgery.
