内镜下注射组织黏合剂治疗胃静脉曲张的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Treatment of Gastric Fundus Varices by Injection of Tissue Adhesive Under Endoscope

目的探讨内镜下注射组织黏合剂在胃静脉曲张临床治疗中的临床效果。方法以115例胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用内镜下注射凝血酶和鱼肝油酸钠法进行治疗,观察组采用内镜下注射组织黏合剂法进行治疗,对比两组治疗效果及并发症情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内镜下注射组织黏合剂治疗胃静脉曲张破裂出血可帮助患者有效止血,且并发症较少,极具临床应用价值。

Objective To study the endoscopic injection of tissue adhesive in the clinical treatment of gastric varices in effect. Methods 115 patients with variceal bleeding patients as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, the control group using thrombin injection and cod-liver oil acid sodium method endoscopic treatment, the observation group with injection of tissue adhesive method of endoscopic treatment, compared two groups ofcurative effect and comphcations. Results The observation group total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group （ P〈0.05 ）, but the incidence of complications was lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion The endoscopicHistoacryl injection in the treatment of gastric variceal bleeding can help patients effectively stop bleeding, and fewer comphcations, very value in clinical application.
