急性逆行性牙髓炎采用米诺环素治疗的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Minocycline in the Treatment of the Acute Retrograde Pulpitis

目的观察分析急性逆行性牙髓炎采用米诺环素治疗的临床疗效。方法从医院收治的急性逆行性牙髓炎患者中随机选取90例,1:1配对划为两组,均先对两组患者实施开髓拔髓治疗,对照组45例在此基础上根管内封甲醛甲酚,观察组45例根管内封盐酸米诺环素软膏,观察治疗后患者的症状改善情况以及临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组叩痛、松动度、疼痛缓解时间、治疗有效率与对照组相比有明显差异,P<0.05。结论急性逆行性牙髓炎患者采用根管内填充盐酸米诺环素辅助治疗,可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of acute retrograde pulpitis by minocycline treatment. Methods Selecte 90 cases of patients with acute retrograde pulpitis in our hospital randomly, 1：1 pairing, who were divided into two groups, two groups of patients were first on the implementation of the opening of pulp stubbs myeloid root canal therapy, the control group with 45 cases formaldehyde cresol on the basis of this, the observation group with 45 cases of root canal of minocyc]ine hydrochlorideointment, and patients with clinical symptom improvement were observed after treatment. Results After treatment, percussion pain, mobility, pain relief time, the effective rate of the treatment in the observation group had obvious difference compared with control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The patients with acute retrograde pulpitis by root canal fillingminocycline hydrochloride adjuvant tberapy, can improve the clinical symptoms of patients effectively, and improve the clinical efficacy.
