缺血中风患者中医综合治疗回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Therapy Forischemic Stroke Patients

目的研究分析缺血中风患者接受中医综合治理的临床效果,为临床中医治疗提供参考。方法 2013至2014年我院共接收了72例缺血中风患者,将这些患者分组为对照组和观察组,均有36例,对照组患者接受西医综合治理,观察组使用中医综合治理,持续进行28天的治疗,对患者的生活质量指数(QLI)和神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)结果进行比较分析。结果观察组患者的神经功能缺陷评分以及生活质量指数变化比对照组更加优秀,两组的结果存在统计学差异性,P<0.05。结论缺血中风患者使用中医综合治疗能够获得非常好的效果,临床应用比较广泛,可行性高,值得在临床中进行推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect analysis of ischemic stroke patients received comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, to provide the refurence for the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods From 2013 to 2014 in our hospital received a total of 72 cases of ischemic stroke patients, these patients were grouped into control group and observation group, in all 36 cases, the control group received comprehensive treatment of Western medicine, the observation group used traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment, continuous treatment for 28 days, on the quality of life index （ QLI ） score and patient neural function defect （ NIHSS ） results are compared and analyzed. Results In the observation of nerve function defect score and quailW of life index changes in patient group than in the control group is more outstanding, the results of the two groups there were statistical difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion To obtain very good results using integrated traditional Chinese medicine treatment ufischemic stroke patients, the clinical application of relatively wide, high feasibiliW, an＇d it is worthy to popularize in clinical use.
