四步推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病60例疗效观察

Four Steps the Massage Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve Root Type 60 Cases of Clinical Observation

目的分析探讨四步推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果,对其临床价值进行总结。方法选择2009年1月至2014年6月我院收治的105例神经根型颈椎病患者作为本次研究的对象,随机将其分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组60例,对照组45例,对照组患者采取常规牵引治疗,研究组采取四步推拿法进行临床治疗,治疗结束后,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者的治疗效果优于对照组患者(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论四步推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效显著,与单纯牵引、理疗治疗相较,更具临床优势,具有安全、简便、易行的临床优点,且受环境影响的限制较小,故该治疗模式值得在临床实践的过程中,大力借鉴和推广。

Objective Analysis of the clinical effect of four step massage treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, the value of its clinical smmnary. Methods 2009 January to 2014June in our hospital 105 cases of nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients as the research object, and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in the treatment group, 45 cases in the control group, the control group were treated by conventional traction therapy, the study group to take the four step massage clinical treatment, after the end of treatment, compared two groups of treatment effect. Results The treatment effect of patients in the study group ix better than the patients in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Effect of four step massage treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis significantly, compared with pure traction, physiotherapy, more clinical adwmtages, has the advantages of safety, convenient clinical use, and less restrictive effects on the environment, so the treatment is in the process of clinical practice, to reference and promotion.
