浅谈慢性胃炎的中医对症治疗

TCM Symptomatic Treatment of Chronic Gastritis

目的探讨慢性胃炎患者接受中医对症治疗的临床效果。方法根据我院接收的104例慢性胃炎患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分成对照组和观察组,观察组有64例患者使用常规西医治疗和健脾活血消萎汤和温灸疗法,对照组40例患者接受常规西药治疗,对比分析治疗效果。结果观察组患者的临床治疗有效率是90.6%,对照组的治疗有效率是75%,两组治疗有效率存在统计学差异性,P<0.05;观察组患者的HP转阴率比对照组优秀。结论慢性胃炎患者接受中医对症治疗的效果比较好,能够让患者的症状得到较大改善。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine to accept the symptomatic treatment of patients with chronic gastritis. Methods According to the 104 cases of chronic gastritis patients in our hospital received to carry on the research analysis, these patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group of 64 cases of patients with the use of conventional treatment of Western medicine an＇d Jianpi Huoxue Xiaowei soup and warm moxibustion therapy, 40 patients in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment effect of comparative analysis. Results The effective rate of clinical observation of 90.6% patients in the treatment group, the effective rate of treatment group was 75%, the effective rate of treatment in the two groups had statistical difference, P〈0.05; the observation group patients with HP negative rate than the control group, the excellent. Conclusion Patients with chronic gastritis treated with Chinese symptomatic treatment effect is better, can make the patient＇s symptoms have been greatly improved.
