腰椎骨折伤椎置短椎弓根螺钉治疗的作用

摘要 目的研究分析伤椎置短椎弓根螺钉治疗腰椎骨折的临床效果。方法 2011至2013年我院选取了24例接受伤椎置短钉固定治疗腰椎骨折的病例,患者均接受了单椎体骨折,使用的是6钉三椎体固定手术,患者在围手术期都进行了影像检查,术后1年也进行了随访诊断,对患者的伤椎前缘压缩率、Cobb角和神经功能Frankel分级进行观察分析。结果患者接受手术治疗后,其椎体前缘高度、Cobb角及Frankel分级等指标均要比治疗之前优秀,症状改善明显。结论腰椎骨折患者接受伤椎置短钉椎弓根螺钉治疗手术是比较合适的,患者术后的恢复情况理想,可以进行推广使用。 Objective To study the clinical effect analysis of pedicle short pedicle screw fixation in treatment of lumbar fracture. Methods From 2011 to 2013 in our hospital 24 cases connected with selected injured pedicle short nail fixation for the treatment ofhll'nbar vertebral fracture patients, the patients received single vertebral fracture, use 6nails three vertebral fixation operation, all patients underwent imaging examination inperi operation period, 1 years after surgery also conducted follow-up diagnosis, forpatients with vertebral body compression ratio, Cobb angle and neural function grade of Frankel were observed and analyzed. Results The patients received operation after the treatment, the anterior vertebral height, Cobb angle and Frankel grading and other indicators were excellent than before treatment, symptoms improved significantly.Conclusion Patients undergoing pedicle short pedicle screw nail for the treatment ofoperation is more appropriate in patients with lumbar fracture, postoperative recovery condition of ideal, can promote the use of.
