高龄患者妇科肿瘤手术治疗的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Elderly Patients with Gynecological Tumor Operation

目的探析手术治疗高龄患者妇科肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取2011年2月-2012年10月期间我院收治的100例高龄妇科肿瘤患者作为研究对象,对其临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果 44例为恶性肿瘤,其中以卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌以及子宫颈癌为主,56例为良性肿瘤,所有患者均行手术治疗,56例患者痊愈,44例患者显效,无1例出现严重并发症,无1例死亡。结论临床上将患者的实际病情作为基本依据,选择针对性手术方法,不仅可以降低并发症发生率,还能提高治疗效果,改善患者预后生活质量。

Objective The clinical effect of the treatment of elderly patients with gwnecological tumor operation. Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with gynecological minor in our hospital from 2011 February - 2012 year in October during the selected as the object of study, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 44 patients with malignancy, including ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer and cervical carcinoma, 56 cases of benign tumors, all patients were treated with operation, 56 patients were cured, 44 cases markedly effective, no serious complications occurred in 1 cases, 1 death cases. Conclusion Patients with clinical admiral actual condition as a basis for selection of targeted, operation method, not only can reduce the incidence of complications, but also can improve the treatment effect, improve the prognosis of the patients qualiW of life.
