宫腔镜下治疗子宫内膜息肉50例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 50 Cases of Uterine Endometrial Polyps Treated Under Hysteroscopy

目的对宫腔镜下治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果进行分析和探讨。方法选取我院妇产科收治的且被确诊为子宫内膜息肉患者50例,所有患者行宫腔镜检查,将子宫内膜正常采取子宫内膜息肉摘除术进行治疗的26例患者作为对照组;息肉根蒂不明显行子宫内膜息肉电切除术的24例患者作为实验组,之后对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的手术时间和治疗满意度均优于对照组患者(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论宫腔镜下治疗子宫内膜息肉患者,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得在实践过程中大力推广和借鉴。

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical etTect of hysteroscopic treatment on uterine endometrial polyps. Methods Selecte 50 patients with cndometrial polyp in our hospital diagnosed and treated at obstetrics department, all the patients underwent hysteroscopy, 26 cases of patients with normal endumetrial adopted for the treatment of eudometrial polypectomy as control group; polyp Genti inconspicuously for endometrial polyps resection in 24 patients as the experimental group, then comparing the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results The operation time and treatment satisthction of patients in experimental group were better than control group （ P〈0.05 ）, the dif：ference had statistical significance. Conclusion Hysteroscopic treatment of the patients with endometrial polyps, has more higher clinical application value, and it is worth popularizing and using for reference in the process of practice.
