摘要
目的分析布地奈德联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿变异性哮喘的效果。方法选取我院60例变异性哮喘患儿,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,观察组使用布地奈德联合孟鲁司特治疗,对照组单纯使用布地奈德治疗,观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.3%,对照组的总有效率为70%,两组对比有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合孟鲁司特在治疗小儿变异性哮喘中具有显著疗效,值得临床的广泛应用。
Objective To analysis of budesonide combined Montelukast effect for the treannent of infantile asthma variant asthma. Methods 60 patients with variant asthma of children, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 31） cases in each group, the observation group USES budesonide combined Montelukast treatment, control group simply use Montelukast treatment, compare the clinical curative effect of two groups. Results Treatment group＇ s total effective rate was 93.3%, control group＇ s totaleffective rate was 70%, compared the two groups have siguificant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Budesonide conlbined Montelukast variant asthma in the treatment of pediatric asthma in has significant curative effect, worth clinical extensive application.
