鼓室成形术前咽鼓管功能评价分析

Analysis of the Evaluation of Eustachian Tube Function Before Tympanoplasty

目的探讨鼓室成形术前咽鼓管功能评价的重要作用。方法选取2012年1月-2014年9月期间在我院行鼓室成形术的患者84例作为本次研究对象,随机将其平均分为对照组及研究组,对照组鼓室成形术前不进行咽鼓管功能评价,研究组鼓室成形术前进行咽鼓管功能评价。结果研究组手术的有效率95.24%明显高于对照组83.33%,组间比较具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论鼓室成形术前对患者实施有效的咽鼓管功能评价,能为鼓室成形术提供重要的参考依据,对鼓室成形术的顺利进行具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the effect of the evaluation of eustachian tube function before tympanoplasty. Methods Selected 84 cases of patients treated by tympanoplasty in our hospital from January 2012 to September 2014 as the research objects, then averagely and randomly divided into control group and research group, patients in control group without evaluation of eusmcthian robe function before tympanoplasty, the others in research group with evaluation of eustachian robe function betbre tympanophsty. Results The effective rate of the operation in research group was 95.24%, significandy higher than in control group （ 83.33% ）. The comparison between groups had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The evaluation of eustachian tube function before tympanoplasty can offer important reference basis fi3r tympanoplasty. It has important significance for smooth tympanoplasty.
