摘要
目的探讨微螺钉种植支抗压低下前牙打开咬合的临床疗效。方法选择8例恒牙期安氏Ⅱ类错颌伴有深覆合病例,采用直丝弓矫治技术,在整平牙弓阶段采用闭合法在下颌前庭沟颏正中联合区的牙槽骨上植入1枚微螺钉种植体,在种植钉和下颌弓丝间通过结扎丝和橡皮链进行持续牵引,观察深覆合的改善情况。结果全部病例治疗后深覆合解除,下牙弓整平,纠正深覆合所需的时间3-5个月,平均3.87个月,治疗中微螺钉无松动脱落。结论微螺钉种植支抗是压低下前牙打开咬合的有效办法。
Objective To observe the effect of miniscrew implant used as orthodontic anchorage in correcting deep overbite. Methods 8 cases of malocclusion of Angle, s class Ⅱ with deep overbite were corrected by using the Straight-Wire Appliance, in the stage of levelling dental arch, a miniscrew was implanted into the alveolar bone of symphysis mentalis by closed way, the sustained traction between the mimscrew implant and lower arch wire was proceeded by using ligature and rubber chain, the effects of the improvement of deep overbite were observed. Results The deep overbite had been corrected in all the cases, dental arches had been levelled, The time of correcting deep overbite lie between 3 - 5 monthes, the average monthes yeas 3.87, no a miniscrew was loosened or shed. Conclusion Miniscrew implants is effective in correcting deep overbite as additional orthodontic anchorage.
