探讨利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎研究分析

Analysis and Discussion on Treatment of Chronic Cervicitis LEEP

目的研究分析利普刀对慢性宫颈炎患者的临床治疗效果,确定其应用价值。方法根据2012至2014年我院的132例慢性宫颈炎患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分组为对照组和观察组,观察组使用利普刀治疗,对照组使用CO2激光锥切进行治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的临床治疗效果比对照组优秀,术中术后的出血量和创面愈合时间要比对照组低,P<0.05。结论慢性宫颈炎使用利普刀治疗具有比较好的效果,患者的临床治愈率比较高,手术中出血量少,治疗效果明显,因此应用价值高。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect analysis of LEEP knife on patients with chronic cervicitis, determine its application value. Methods According to the 132 cases of chronic cervicitis were treated in our hospital from 2012 to 2014 to carry on the research analysis, these patients were grouped into control group and observation group, the observation group treatment with LEEP, the control group using CO2 laser conization treatment, analysis in contrast to the clinical treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results The clinical effect of patient group than in the control group the excellent, intraoperative and postoperative bleeding time and the amount of wound healing to be lower than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Chronic cervicitis using LEEP treatment has better effect, the patient＇s clinical cure rate is high, less bleeding during operation, the treatment effect is obvious, so the application of high value.
