胸外伤多发多处肋骨骨折手术内固定治疗预后分析

Thoracic Trauma Multiple Ribs Fracture Internal Fixation Operation for Prognosis Analysis

目的为了进一步提高我院治疗多发多处肋骨骨折的临床疗效,提高患者康复率,本文就胸外伤多发多处肋骨骨折手术内固定的治疗效果以及预后要点进行了浅显的研究和探讨。方法选择我院自2012年8月至2013年8月期间收治的胸外伤多发多处肋骨骨折患者68例,对患者接受手术内固定临床治疗期间形成的临床资料进行回顾性的分析和总结。结果本组68例患者在接受手术治疗后,治疗的总有效率为95.6%,平均住院时间为(18.3±5.7)d。结论内固定手术治疗应用于胸外伤多发多处肋骨骨折治疗的临床效果十分显著,有效的缩短了手术治疗时间,提高了患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To further improve our hospital clinical curative effect in the treatment ofinultiple fractures of multiple ribs, improve patients recovery rate. the chest trauma with multiple fractures of multiple ribs effect operation internal fixation on the treatment and prognosis of points and to make simple research. Methods In our hospital from 2012 Augustto 2013 August during the chest trauma with multiple fractures of multiple ribs in 68 patients,the patients received clinical data form operation internal fixation during clinical treatment were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed. Results The 68 cases of patients receiving operationafter treatment, the total effective rate of treatment was 95.6%, the average hospitalizationtime was （ 18.3 ± 5.7 ） d. Conclusion The clinical effect of internal fixation operation used to treat thoracic injuries with multiple fractures of multiple ribs treatment significantly, effectively shortening the operation time of treatment, improve the quality of life of patients, is worthy of promotion.
