体外冲击波碎石治疗泌尿结石的临床疗效分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨泌尿结石采用体外冲击波碎石治疗效果。方法本次选取泌尿结石患者80例,均为我院2013年5月-2014年5月收治,随机分组,就排石汤治疗(对照组,n=40)与体外冲击波碎石治疗(观察组,n=40)效果展开对比。结果观察组选取的病例临床总有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组55%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组均无严重不良事件发生。结论临床针对泌尿结石,采用体外冲击波碎石治疗,有较高碎石成功率,可最大程度保障预后,具有较高安全性,值得临床广泛推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the treatment of urinary calculi with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Methods Selected 80 cases of urinary stone patients from May 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital, divided into two groups randomly aud averagely, control group with rows of stone soup treatment and observation group by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, and then contrasted the two effects. Results The total clinical effective rate was 97.5% in observation group, and it was significantly higher than in control group ( 55% ). The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ) . Both groups had no serious adverse events. Conclusion The treatment of urinary calculi with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, for higher success rate of gravel and higher security, can maximize the prognosis, so it is worth to he widely applied clinically.
