浅谈脑外伤术中脑膨出的治疗体会

On the Treatment of Traumatic Brain Injury Intraoperative Encephalocele

目的探讨脑外伤术中脑膨出的治疗体会。方法回顾性分析2012年8月-2013年8月我院脑外科外伤术中脑膨出患者30例,通过分析脑膨出原因,并采取有效措施进行治疗,必要时需要进行颅内降压。观察所有患者的术后恢复情况。结果经治疗后,死亡14例,病死率为46.7%。其余16例患者生存,II级4例,III级6例,IV级4例,V级2例。结论对脑外伤术中脑膨出患者进行临床治疗时,在针对性治疗的基础上采取消除血肿、控制血压、降低颅内压、调整脑内供血等多种方法进行综合治疗,改善患者的预后,提高其生活质量。
