摘要
目的探讨免疫功能正常儿童隐球菌病的临床特征、诊断与治疗,提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析郑州大学第一附属医院2011年-2014年收治的5例免疫功能正常儿童隐球菌病的临床表现、辅助检查、诊断、治疗和转归。结果 5例免疫功能均正常,HIV阴性。3例脑脊液墨汁染色找到隐球菌,1例骨髓培养出隐球菌,2例组织病理活检提示隐球菌感染。2例伴肝功能异常者,氟康唑治疗有效;2例合并隐球菌脑膜炎者,氟康唑联合两性霉素B治疗有效;1例合并隐球菌脑膜炎伴颈部、腋下软组织脓肿者,氟康唑联合两性霉素B治疗效果不佳。结论氟康唑、两性霉素B对免疫功能正常儿童隐球菌病疗效确切。
Objective To study the immune fimction of normal children cryptococcosis clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment, improve the understanding of the disease. Methods A retrospective analysis of the first affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university from 2011 to 2014 were analyzed in 5 cases of normal immune function of children＇s cryptococcosis clinical manifestation, auxiliary examination,diagnosis, treatment and outcome. Results 5 cases of immune function were normal, HIV negative. 3 cases ofcerebrospinal fluid ink staining found cryptococcus, I case of the bone marrow produce cryptococcus, histopathological biopsy tip cryptococcus infection in 2 cases. 2 cases with liver function is unusual, fluconazole treatment effectively; Cryptococcal meningitis in 2 cases to the merger, fluconazole in combination with amphotericin B treatment effectively; 1 case of merger cryptococcal meningitis associated with neck, armpits, soft tissue abscesses, flueonazole in combination with amphotericin B treatment the effect not beautiful. Conclusion Fluconazole and amphotericin B on the immune function normal children cryptOcoceosis curative effect.
