摘要
目的对霉菌性阴道炎治疗中的护理方法进行分析和探讨。方法选择我院在2013年6月-2014年6月收治的120例霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。随机的将这些患者划分为对照组和观察组,每组患者各有60例。采用常规护理疗法对对照组进行护理,采用优质护理方式对观察组患者进行护理,对两组的临床护理效果进行比较。结果 60例对照组患者中有17例患者显效,32例患者有效,11例患者无效;60例观察组患者中有27例患者显效,29例患者有效,4例患者无效;相对于对照组而言,观察组的护理康复效果明显要优,差异显著,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对霉菌性阴道炎患者进行优质护理,可以有效的提升治疗效果,值得在临床上进行推广和应用。
Objective To analyze and discuss the nursing methods in the treament of mycotic vaginitis. Methods 120 cases of mycotic vaginitis patients in our hospital as the research object, using the conventional nursing therapy nursing to the control group, the use of high-quality nursing mode for nursing care of patients in the observation group, compared two groups of clinical nnrsing effect. Results 60 cases of the control group in 17 patients were markedly effective, 32 cases ineffective, 11 patients; 60 patients in the observation group in 27 cases were markedly effective, 29 cases of patients, 4 cases of invalid; compared with the control group, the effect of rehabilitation training of the observation group was significandy better, significant difference, with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion High quality nursing on mycotic vaginitis patients, can improve the therapeutic effect and effective, worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
