摘要
目的了解影响护理技术操作培训效果的因素,协助护理管理者制定有效的护理培训计划。方法采用护理技术操作培训效果影响因素量表,对某医院198名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果护理技术操作影响因素评分为5分,影响因素中排序前3位的是对病人的评估、健康教育缺乏针对性,生搬硬套,未体现病人的个体差异;培训与临床实际操作脱节;护理人员对操作的关键环节掌握不全面。结论只有建立更为完善的培训机制,采用多种形式、分层次培训,将培训与临床实际相结合,才能提高技术操作的培训效果。
Objective To study the affecting factors of nursing technical operation training effect, to assist nursing managers to develop effective nursing training plan. Methods Using the influence of nursing technical operation training scale effect factors, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 198 clinical nurses in a hospital. Results The score of nursing technical operation factors for 5 points, ranking top 3 factors is the assessment, to the patient's hcalth education is lack of pertinence, mechanically, individual differences did not reflect the patient; training and clinical practice disjointed: the key link to the operation of the nursing staft to master is not comprehensive. Conclusion Only the establishment of a more comprehensive training mechanism, the use nfvarious forms, multi-level training, training and clinical practice, in order to improve the technical operation training effect.
