摘要
目的对骨关节置换术患者的护理方式进行总结归纳。方法根据2013年1月至2014年1月期间我院收治的60例骨关节炎患者来进行研究分析,通过对患者提供人工全膝关节置换术治疗,并对患者的围手术期护理进行回顾性分析和总结,对比治疗前后的康复效果。结果对患者治疗后,进行了半年到3年的随访,优良率达到了100%,优秀病例47例,良好13例,患者没有出现假体松动和位移的并发症。结论骨关节炎患者接受人工全膝关节置换术治疗的效果好,结合围手术期的护理,可以提升治疗效果,避免并发症的产生。
Objective To the nursing methods of patients with bone and joint replacement are sumnaarized. Methods During the period from 2013 January to 2014 January to our hospital 60 cases of osteoarthritis patients to carry on the research analysis, based on the patients with total knee replacement therapy, and the patients in peri operation period nursing were retrospectively analyzed and summarized, comparison before and after the treatment, rehabilitation effect. Results At＇ter treatment of patients, for the six months to 3 years follow-up, the excellent and good rate reached 100%, excellent 47 cases, good in 13 cases, the patieuts did not appear prosthesis loosening and displacement of the complications. Conclusion Patients with osteoarthritis undergoing artificial total knee replacement therapy effect is good, with round surgical operation period nursing, can improve the therapeutic effect, avoiding the complications generated.
