摘要
目的研究分析优质护理服务应用于卵巢癌患者的效果。方法 2011年1月至2014年1月期间我院对98例卵巢癌患者进行了研究,将其分组,提供不同护理方式,对照组采取常规护理,观察组使用优质护理方法,对两组患者的焦虑情况和疼痛情况进行观察。结果观察组患者的焦虑程度比较低,抑郁程度也比较低,观察组和对照组的结果具有明显差异性,P<0.05。结论卵巢癌患者接受生物治疗的时候,提供优质护理,能够让患者的疼痛感降低,对患者的负面情绪起到了调整作用,患者的生活质量有了很大的提升,临床中可以进行推广使用。
Objective To study the quality of nursing service is applied to the analysis of the effect of patients with ovarian cancer. Methods During the period from 2011 January to 2014 January in our hospital 98 cases of ovarian cancer patients were studied, grouping them, provides the different way of nursing, the control group received routine nursing care, observation group use high quality nursing methods on anxiety and pain, two groups of patients were observed. Results To observe and compare the degree of anxiety in patients with low group, depression degree is relatively low, the observation group and the control group, there were significant differences in the results, P〈0.05. Conclusion When ovarian cancer patients receiving biologic therapy, to provide quality care, cau let the patient pain reduction, to adjust the effect on patients＇ negative mood, patients＇ quality of life has been greatly improved, can be widely used in clinical.
