摘要
目的分析舒适护理干预在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法随机选取我院门诊2014年1月-2015年3月收治的乳腺癌化疗患者60例,并且将这些患者依据护理方式的不同,分为研究组（30例）和对照组（30例）。对照组患者临床中采取常规护理干预,研究组患者给予舒适护理干预,对两组患者临床效果进行比较,分析舒适护理干预的临床应用效果。结果研究组经舒适护理干预后,临床疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对乳腺癌化疗患者,临床中应用舒适护理干预,临床效果好,提升患者护理满意度,发挥实际应用价值。
Objective To analyze application effect on comfortable nursing intervention in breast cancer patients with chemotherapy. Methods Selected 60 patients with breast cancer treated by chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 randomly, and they were divided into the study group （ 30 cases ） and the control group （ 30 cases ） according to different nursing ways. Patients in the control group with routine care intervention, the study group with comfort care interventions, and the clinical effects in two groups were compared, and analyzed the clinical effect of comfortable nursing intervention. Results After comfortable nursing interventions in the study group, the clinical efficacy was significantly higher （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The breast cancer patients treated by chemotherapy after comfortable nursing intervention, will have good clinical results, which can improve patient care satisfaction and play the practical value.
