摘要
以Na Y分子筛为原料,草酸为扩孔剂,制得改性Na Y分子筛作为载体,通过等体积浸渍Ag NO3,焙烧制得π络合吸附剂。并通过XRD、FTIR表征了分子筛结构,BET测定了分子筛比表面积和孔径;通过吸附乙烯,考察了改性Na Y分子筛空白样乙烯吸附量、负载30%Ag NO3乙烯吸附量、75℃真空脱附后乙烯吸附量。结果表明,采用草酸对Na Y分子筛脱铝扩孔后,孔径达到1.4 nm,乙烯吸附曲线变平缓;改性π络合吸附剂比未改性π络合吸附剂更容易脱附,在75℃真空脱附条件后,改性π络合吸附剂吸附量达到首次吸附量95%以上。
The at-complex adsorbent was synthesized by NaY zeolite modified by oxalic acid and sequen- tially loaded with silver nitrate through equivalent-volume impregnation and calcined. The surface area and pore diameter was measured by BET and the structure is characterized by XRD and FTIR;The ad- sorption of ethylene on modified NaY zeolite ,modified NaY zeolite loaded with 30% AgNO3, and π-com- plex adsorbent which was desorbed at the temperature of 75 ℃ in vacuum were studied. The results showed that the pore diameter of NaY zeolite modified by oxalic acid can reach 1.4 nm, the adsorption amount of ethylene on pore-expanded NaY zeolite grows more slowly;The modified AgNO3/NaY can be desorbed more easily than AgNO3/NaY adsorbent without modification. The adsorption capacity can achieve 95% of the amount of new adsorbent after desorbed at the temperature of 75 ℃ in vacuum.
