桦褐孔菌总三萜提取工艺的研究

Study on extraction process of total triterpenoids from Inonotus obliquus

用异丙醇提取桦褐孔菌中三萜类化合物,考察了物料比、提取温度、提取时间对桦褐孔菌中总三萜得率的影响。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:物料比1∶10 g/m L,提取温度80℃,提取时间2 h。在此条件下,得率达1.42%。

Using isopropanol to extracted triterpenoids from Inonotus obliquus, the effect of material ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time on the yield were investigated. The results showed that, the optimal extraction conditions were as follows：solid-liquid ratio 1 ： 10 g/mL, extracting at 80 ℃ for 2 h. Under this condition,the yield rate was up to 1.42%.
