摘要
由191不饱和树脂、阻聚剂(对苯二酚和一缩二乙二醇)、促进剂(环烷酸钴)、引发剂(过氧化甲乙酮)和无机填料制取矿用缓凝型树脂锚固剂,分为两个组分(树脂胶泥部分和固化剂胶泥部分),使用时将两组分按一定的比例均匀混合。缓凝型锚树脂固剂的树脂胶泥最佳配比为:191不饱和树脂100 g,阻聚剂0.3 g,促进剂0.5 g,无机填料粗石粉、细石粉和白炭黑分别为200 g、300 g和2 g;固化剂胶泥配方为:引发剂4 g,白炭黑1.7 g。凝胶时间和抗压强度测试表明,凝胶时间490 min,抗压强度61 MPa,满足新型拉力分散型锚索锚固工艺的要求。
Mining slow condensing resin anchor agent was prepared by unsaturated polyester resin, poly- merization inhibitor (hydroquinone and diethylene glycol), accelerating agent (CoNaP), evoeating agent (methyethyl ketone peroxide) and inorganic filler,and it divided into two components (resin cement and curing cement) ,use the two components according to a certain proportion mixed. The best recipe of slow condensing resin anchor agent,which is resin daub recipe:unsaturated polyester resin 100 g, polymeriza- tion inhibitor 0.3 g, accelerating agent 0.5 g ,middling flour 200 g,fine powder 300 g,white carbon black 2 g; curing agent recipe : evocating agent 4 g, White carbon black 1.7 g; tested its gel time and compres- sive strength. The result indicates : gel time of the slow condensing resin anchor agent is 490 min and com- pressive strength is 61 MPa ,which can satisfied demand of the new pulling force dispersion anchor cable technology.
