摘要 目的:研究雷公藤多甙对糖尿病肾病大鼠实验室指标的影响。方法:以链脲佐菌素复制糖尿病肾病模型,再分为模型组、厄贝沙坦组,复方雷公藤组,干预8周后留取24 h尿液并处死采血,观察指标,一般状态、血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮、甘油三酯、胆固醇,在冰浴上分离肾皮质,固定于10%福尔马林液,酒精脱水,石蜡包埋、切片.HE染色。结果:模型组与空白组比较,血肌、尿素氮水平上升显著(P<0.05),甘油三酯、胆固醇上升不显著(P>0.05),24小时尿蛋白水平升高(P<0.05),Ig A、Ig G、Ig M水平升高显著(P<0.05);雷公藤多甙组与模型组比较,血尿素氮指标显著下降(P<0.05),24小时尿蛋白、Ig A、Ig G、Ig M水平显著下降(P<0.05);厄贝沙坦组与模型组比较,24小时尿蛋白水平下降有显著差异(P<0.05),Ig A、Ig G、Ig M水平下降无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:雷公藤多甙可减少糖尿病肾病大鼠尿蛋白定量,抑制免疫反应,可能成为临床治疗糖尿病肾病的有效药物。 Objective : To research the effect of tripterygium glycosides on laboratory indexes of rats with diabetic nephropathy. Methods: The animal models of diabetic nephropathy were replicated by STZ, and divided into model group,irbesartan group,compound tripterygium group. After intervention of 8 weeks,24 h urine was collect- ed, the animal models were killed and their blood was sampled. The general state, blood glucose, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, triglyceride, cholesterol etc. index were observed. The renal cortex was separated in ice bath, fixed in 10% formalin, dehydrated in alcohol, embedded in paraffin, sectioned and stained with HE. Results: Compared model group with control group, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in model group were increased significantly (P 〈 0. 05 ); triglyceride and cholesterol did t rise significantly(P 〉 0. 05 ) ; 24h urine protein was increased (P 〈 0. 05); IgA,IgG,IgM were increased notably (P 〈 0. 05 ). Compared tripterygium glycosides group with model group, BUN in tripterygium glycosides group was decreased remarkly ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; 24h urine protein and IgA, IgG,IgM were decreased remarkly ( P 〈0. 05). Compared irbesartan group with model group, 24 hours urinary protein was decreased notably with significant differences (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; IgA, IgG, IgM were decreased without sig- nificantly difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Tripterygium glycosides can decrease the urine protein of rats with diabetic nephropathy, and suppress the immunoreactivity. Tripterygium glycosides may be used as a effective drug for the clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
