摘要
信任研究的两种主要的研究方法是理论阐述与实证统计。笔者试图引入经济学中常用的博弈论分析方法,来验证企业信任的合理性。企业信任可以分为顾客信任与员工信任,前者的主要表现是持续购买与推荐,后者的主要表现是员工间信任与员工-企业间的信任。通过引入博弈论的分析方法,我们可以发现,这些信任在特定的条件下都是对给予信任的一方有益的,因而是合理的。本文证明了企业信任的合理性,并认为在企业中,信任是一种既利他又利己的双赢行为。
The popular research methods of trust are theoretical explannation and empirical statistical analysis.This paper introduces the game theory to verify the reasonablity of enterprise trust.Enterprise trust can divided into consumer trust and staff trust.The consumer trust is mainly manifestied as continued purchasing and recommending.The staff trust is mainly manifestied as the trust between staff and enterprise.Based the analysis of the game theory,the reasonabity of enterprise trust is because of it’s benefits to the one who giving trust.This paper identifys the reasonablity of enterprise trust It is a kind of win-win of behavior.
