河北省二级以上综合医院自体输血现状调查与分析

Autotransfusion in Level-Two or Higher General Hospitals in Hebei Province:A Cross-Sectional Study

目的了解河北省医疗机构自体输血现状,探讨制约因素,提出改进对策。方法针对全省316家二级以上综合医院发放调查问卷,收集整理数据并进行描述性统计分析。结果河北省开展自体输血医院仅占4.11%。制约自体输血开展因素主要有:医院未将此项工作列入考核范围,医生对自体输血知晓度有限,社会性宣传力度不够等。59.7%的二级医院倾向于开展预存式自体输血;60.42%的三级医院倾向于开展回收式自体输血。结论卫生行政监督管理部门应探讨建立有效的自体输血发展策略,建立健全监督管理机制,积极采取有效措施加以干预等。

Objective To investigate the autotransfusion situation in medical institutions in Hebei Province, discuss con- straints factors, and propose improvement measures. Method Questionnaires survey was used in the 316 level - two or higher general hospitals, data were collected and descriptive statistics were performed. Result Only 4. 11% of hospitals carried auto- transfusion. The factors restricting autotransfusion included this work being not included in the scope of assessment in hospital, limited awareness of doctors on autotransfusion, low strength of social dissemination, etc. There were 59.7% of level - two hospi- tals tending to carry out pre - existing autotransfusion and 60.42% of level - three hospitals tending to carry out recovery auto- transfusion. Conclusion The health administrative supervision departments should explore the establishment of an effective devel- opment strategy on autotransfusion, establish and improve supervision and management mechanism, and take effective measures for intervention.
