氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效

The Clinical Curative effect Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets Treatment of Hypertension and Coronary heart Disease

目的探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法将96例高血压合并冠心病患者分为两组,每组48例。观察组患者口服复方氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,对照组患者口服氨氯地平片治疗,比较两组患者的疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者总有效率优于对照组;且不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病临床效果明显,可有效改善患者血压和血脂水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods Random 96 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease patients were divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.The patients were treated with compound Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets treatment,patients in the control group oral amlodipine treatment,efficacy and adverse reaction rates were compared between the two groups.Results Patients in the observation group the total effective rate was better than that of the control group;and its adverse reaction rate is lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets clinical effect of statins treatment in hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease significantly, can significantly improve the blood pressure and blood lipid level in patients with.
