润肺活血方治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效

The Clinical Curative effect of Moistening lung and blood Activating Therapy in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma in Children

目的探讨润肺活血方治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取2012年2月至2013年12月我院收治的小儿支气管哮喘患儿65例,将其采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组32例患儿采用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,观察组33例患儿在其基础上加用润肺活血方治疗。观察并比较两组患儿临床疗效、临床症状与体征评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿总有效率与各临床症状和体征评分均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组患儿均未产生明显不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论润肺活血方治疗支气管哮喘患儿临床疗效明显,能有效改善患儿临床症状与体征,无明显不良反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lung and blood activating therapy in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Methods 65 cases of bronchial asthma in children from 2012 February to 2013 December in our hospital,which were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in the control group were treated by Shah Mette Lo and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation therapy, the observation group of 33 cases based on the lungs and blood activating Decoction treatment.The incidence of clinical efficacy was compared between two groups,and observe the clinical symptoms and signs score and adverse reactions.Results The observation group with total effective rate and the clinical symptoms and signs scores were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;two groups of children were without obvious adverse reactions,no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of treatment of bronchial asthma Runfei Huoxue Decoction significantly, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,no obvious adverse reaction.
